Heat pipe type heat exchanger "ENH Series" / Apiste

Achieving ultra-high efficiency and miniaturization with "super thermal conduction pipes"! Heat pipe type heat exchanger.

The "ENH Series" is a heat exchanger that can be used in various fields such as control panels for machine tools and heat dissipation and dust prevention for various analytical instruments. The heat pipe consists of an evaporator section and a condenser section, and the interior is in a vacuum state. Additionally, it contains pure water as the working fluid, utilizing the evaporation and condensation of this pure water for heat transfer. Compared to plate-type heat exchangers, it enables more efficient heat exchange and has been made smaller, thinner, and lighter. 【Features】 ■ Industry's smallest level ENH-105L ■ Industry's thinnest level ENH-115S with a thickness of 45mm also available ■ Achieves remarkable miniaturization, thinning, and weight reduction *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Heat pipe heat exchanger "PHX"

For heat dissipation of electronic components and other heat-generating parts (solid): Parallel-type heat pipe heat exchanger.

"PHX" is a parallel-type heat pipe heat exchanger developed by our company. The working fluid rises while boiling/vaporizing in the flattened central tube, and the cooled/liquefied working fluid descends through the flattened tubes on both sides to return to the heat source. The working fluid that returns to the heat source is heated again, actively utilizing the latent heat transfer associated with the boiling/vaporizing -> cooling/liquefying cycle, making it a new type of thermal siphon. [Applications/Examples] ■ Heat dissipation for heat-generating components (solids) such as electronic parts - Compared to heat sinks made of aluminum, it has low thermal resistance, allowing for efficient dissipation of large amounts of heat (e.g., CPU cooling, Peltier refrigeration) - Heat exchange with heated liquids (e.g., oil coolers) - Heat exchange with heated gases (e.g., cooling of control panels and other enclosures) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
